ARE YOU HAVINGBACK PAIN DUE TO PREGNANCY? ARE YOULOOKING FOR RELIEF?
Based on a design used by Doctors and Therapists to provide comfort and relief throughout your pregnancy. Itlifts and supports the abdomento help provide relief from hip and pelvic pain, along with other stretching pains that occur during pregnancy making you more comfortable.
Acts as a mini cradlefor your little one. It is lightweight, cool and soft to your skin. Velcro closures allow for ease of use. (See instructions in images). Does not show under your clothing and will grow along with you throughout your pregnancy.
Customizable two-sided velcro! Double-sided velcro band! The "hooks" side will stick to the abdominal pad and the "loops" side will receive the "hooks" side of the back support for more adhesion.
Measure belly growth! When you initially wear the belt, keep only the velcro that you need for adhering the back support to the abdominal pad. When belly grows you will gradually stick the velcro more to the side of the abdominal pad, then you can cut the velcro that sticks out once again. The length that you cut equal the amount of belly growth!
Comfortable abdominal pad! It is important for the abdominal pad to be as comfortable as possible. It is positioned a little above the pubic area under your belly and while walking it will move a little and rub on your belly. We understand this and have chosen a fabric that is cushioned, resistant and provides the best level of comfort! This product isdesigned for walking or standing position. When sitting, we recommend detaching the velcro for more comfort.
"I'M 35 WEEKS AND HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE THE ENTIRE PREGNANCY WITH MY ABDOMEN FEELING SO TIGHT, PAINFULLY STRETCHED, AND HEAVY (I'M PRETTY SMALL AT 5'5" AND 110LB PRE-PREGNANCY). ALTHOUGH I HAD NO PROBLEMS CARRYING MY FIRST PREGNANCY, THIS 2ND ONE IS JUST KILLING ME. I FINALLY ORDERED THIS AND FELT SO MUCH RELIEF FROM THE MOMENT I PUT IT ON!" -GEORGIA.P
Breathable fabric! The fabric is constructed of amulti-layered laminate with an ELASTIC liningcombining breathability, elasticity, and comfort! The level of comfort of the back support is as important as the abdominal pad as it might rub on your back while walking/moving and will get hot and wet if not breathable. TheMummy Back Support ishighly breathable, comfortableand also provides the elasticity needed to hug your body's shape perfectly and give proper support for your lower back!

How to choose the right size? For this maternity girdle we recommend you to measure the circumference of your belly (from the lower back to the bottom of your belly which is around the area where the belt will be worn) and choose a belt according to the belt sizes in the description in the lower range of your measurement in order to plan for belly growth.
Center the abdominal pad under your abdomen and attach with velcro with the desired level of support.
Cut the velcro band that is labeled "Cut the extra velcro you don't need" to keep a length that matches the border of the abdominal pad. The velcro band should cover the abdominal pad but not more. As the belly grows and position of the velcro on abdominal pad changes, you might want to cut the velcro band again (more explanations below).
Attach the velcro of the back support to the location on the abdominal pad that provides the desired tension.
To help keep the support in place and keep from sliding down, stretch the top strap over your stomach and attach both sides to the velcro on the back support

Provides great support for my growing belly and sore lower back. I'm 26 weeks pregnant, about 190 lbs right now -- I ordered a large.
My regret is not ordering this sooner. And not having it on now. I was in a rush and completely forgot it. I am tempted to be late and turn around to get it. It has made such a difference in the back pain I had. I seriously love it and can not recommend it enough. My boyfriend laughs at me when I'm wearing it, because it does look kind of silly but trust me it's worth it, and you can't see it at all under your clothes.
Exactly what I needed to support my lower back now that my bump is getting bigger. I'm 5'1" and about 133lbs (at 6 months pregnant). The small fits perfectly. It is comfortable over clothing. It is also not great when sitting, in my opinion, but I bought it more for the days when I'm on my feet a lot.
Love it help me with my back pain and lower abdominal pain because baby was to heavy
Takes all the weight and strain off my upper back etc. Helps me feel more centered and myself again! I recommend it to everyone who is pregnant.
I started feeling severe pelvic pressure and pain around 35 weeks of my pregnancy. It was hard for me to walk or go from a sitting to standing position. I ended up going to the hospital one day because of the intense discomfort I was in. They recommended I get an abdominal brace. I had heard about these belts before but didn’t think I would ever need to use one. I put it on as soon as I got it and I haven’t taken it off since... well it comes off when I shower of course. This belt is a godsend. I cannot function without it. I’m a petite person and I’m carrying really low. As the baby has gotten bigger, I’m experiencing more pressure. If I didn’t have this belt, I wouldn’t be able to walk around for more than a couple of minutes. I definitely recommend this for anyone experiencing back pain, abdominal pain/pressure, or pelvic discomfort from pregnancy. It really helps lifts the belly and takes the pressure off.
I LOVE this belt! It is so supportive! I’m 31 weeks and still working out, I needed something to help with pelvic pressure during Zumba and to wear at work when I’m on my feet all day. This is perfect! I got a large and it fits great with room to grow (I’m 5’7”, 195 lbs, 31 weeks and mostly belly, was 175 pre-prego but normally I’m 155, had not lost my baby weight from my first pregnancy yet)
